Content to update

In https://docs.github.com/en/github/searching-for-information-on-github/about-searching-on-github

  • Change "Use our powerful search tools" to something like "Use search" to be more accurate and less subjective
  • At the end of the first section add information that
    • Currently our search doesn't support exact matching
    • when searching in code files search will only return the first two results in each file
