I'm just installing the latest 2.47.0 version of Git for Windows right now, after the previous version was completely uninstalled.

The last step of the installation setup, before the real installation process is started, looks buggy:

As far as I remember there should be several check-boxes with a few experimental features descriptions. But now it's empty. Where and why they gone? They are not critical for me but maybe for some other users.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045.5011

As of a75602a (installer: hide the "experimental" FSMonitor setting by
default, 2024-07-17), the FSMonitor option is hidden from the options
page unless the user had enabled it previously.

However, this then left the page blank (or: all options hidden), not a
good user experience. So let's skip it if it would appear blank.

This fixes git-for-windows/git#5231.

Due to a bug introduced in the v2.47 cycle, [the installer showed an
empty "experimental options"
page](git-for-windows/git#5231), which was
[fixed](#578).
