This is a port of the engine "Unreal Engine 3" to the n3ds. While it works on o3ds consoles as well, I have not gotten it to a playable point yet. This is compiled using makerom.

RomFS-Builder

This is a program to convert a folder in windows into a 3DS RomFS binary. For use with makerom.

Credit to Project CTR, upon which much of the code used in the program is based.
