Update Module

In all themes, you will have a module in the bar that will show you if you have updates available.

Every 120 seconds "2 minutes" the script will be executed to check if there are new updates. You can modify the time interval in the modules.ini file located at ~/.config/bspwm/rices/RICENAME/modules.ini changing the value of 120 for the one you want.

300 - 5 minutes

600 - 10 minutes

900 - 15 minutes

etc..

If you make the time interval larger, for example 10 minutes, even if you update the notification will continue to show you that you have updates available, until the interval time passes and the check is executed again.

left click on the module will update your system

Right click will open a terminal that will show you the available packages to be updated.

You can close both windows as you close any other, with Super + q Just make sure the update process is finished.
