An even better release!

Added a much more compatible way of executing programs (see readme for details). usm_win_mac_linux_universal.exe is a binary compiled using cosmocc (https://justine.lol/cosmo3/) and should work on Windows/Linux/Mac/BSD/etc.

Revamped parameters a bit, added -b and -f to set BSS start and flags, globally and per file. Added diagnostic cart support
