Remove depth image from readme - we don't dictate direction of depth #2812

Description

We don't actually dictate which direction depth goes, only that is is from [0, 1]. The image in our readme gives the misleading idea that we do. We could make a different diagram in the future if we want to communicate what our depth bounds are.
