Cleanup cli api #258

This addresses the recommendations from #129.

Group the commands by resources instead of verb
Alias bundle commands (so we have both porter install and porter bundle install)
Customize our help text to make this more discoverable
Hide runtime command porter run

Allow porter bundles list and porter bundle create for a more natural syntax

* porter mixins list * alias mixins to mixin so later we can do porter mixin COMMAND

* porter bundle create * porter create

* porter bundle build * porter build
