Context
Users want to override a plan when assigning one to their customer (creating a new subscription).
The current app provides such ability but the experience and the way it's handled on data side it not optimal
Description
This PR provides a new experience for the plan override and also handles in a better way the data model.
Plans have a parent <> child relationship and overridden plans are not visible in the UI anymore.
