how to run this demo

please help me ,when i try to run this demo ,i got a problem with that:
[root@master geotrellis]# ./sbt run
bash: ./sbt: Permission denied.

i use the ubuntu14.04 os .i install scala,jdk,sbt,and maven.
Can anybody who konws the details about how to run this demo,please tell me ,thank you very much!

I know how to run it.if you use scala2.11.x will got some waring and error such as :
[warn] com.azavea.geotrellis#geotrellis_2.11;0.9.2: not found
[warn] com.azavea.geotrellis#geotrellis-services_2.11;0.9.2: not found

but when i use the scala2.10 it works!
