Register application/vnd.geo+json with IANA

I'm certain that application/geo+json or application/vnd.geo+json are the right media types for us. The former will require that the draft become an RFC. The latter gets approved much more quickly and I'm inclined to go that route.

Instructions on how to register are at http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6838 and the form to do it is at http://www.iana.org/cgi-bin/mediatypes.pl.
