Putting together a clustering/Proxmox solution. I would have used the DeskPi T1 but they were out of stock for a while, so I went with a NavePoint 6U unit, adding a couple of 180mm handles and some large rubber feet.
4 x RPi 5 8GB w/WaveShare PoE/SSD hats and 1TB Sabrent SSDs each, all mounted in a DeskPi RPi four bay 2U. i had to mount the RPi's on the included DeskPi SSDs underneath HATs even though I'm not using the SSD slots on them, so they would be spaced appropriately for the rack bay cutouts. All powered by PoE in the
Ubiquiti Ultra 1Gb 7 port PoE switch w/60W power supply, managed from my UDM Pro in my basement. I have a spare Unifi Dream Router that I will move and sit next to the rack, if I decide to separate this from my house network, which will provide the network controller, router and Wifi 6.
Also attached to the PoE switch is a JetKVM w/ PoE splitter fronting a Minisforum UM890 Pro barebones w/32GB Crucial RAM and 1TB Kingston NVMe. Proxmox is native on the PC.
The PC's power brick and switch's power adapter are velcro-attached to the back wall of the mini-rack, and both are plugged into an Anker PDU. There is also a 120mm fan mounted under the top panel of the mini-rack, and I'm waiting for a USB variable-speed fan controller to power it from the Anker.
I haven't tried to figure out making CAD STLs, so I'm looking for STLs to mount the mini-pc at the bottom, but for now its on a 1U metal shelf.
Let me know what you think while I'm diving deep into K3s/Longhorn clustering on the RPis and network apps on the Proxmox PC. I also have a Synology DS1019+ five-bay NAS I'll be using for bulk storage. I'm a retired systems administrator so I'm relearning how to use all my tools, including Ansible.

I have to say your setup is awesome, super clean, well thought out and functional. I read you're retired but you must have been a goddamn hero at work! Kudos!
Still looking for a printer STL that would support a 128mm x 130mm mini-PC, possibly with a JetKVM slot alongside, for a 10" mini-rack .It may finally force me to dig into using Tinkercad or similar, but I'm hoping for the lazy way of someone else figuring it out... 😀
