rack-004

Description: My goal was to create a complete HomeLab in a 10-inch rack with just 8U of space.

  • 2.5 gigabit network backbone
  • OPNSense gateway running on Protectli VP1210
  • Beelink N200 mini-PC dual boot running Windows, Linux
  • Beelink N200 mini-PC running Proxmox virtualized TrueNAS and SSD-backed storage
  • PiKVM and an EZCOO switch for controlling all machines
  • Remote access via Tailscale installed on PiKVM
  • Multiple adjustable monitors with clamps
  • "Keyboard"/"gamepad" for Retro Pi (running on an NVIDIA Jetson)
  • Turing Pi2 with a NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, and a Turing RK1
  • Some Raspberry Pis, mostly to keep Jeff Geerling happy
  • RGB lighting to make it faster
