Use Birks correction method as in cms-sw.
Fix Birks implementation adding density conversion to g/cm3.
Add 500 ns time cut to store hits in every sensitive detector.
Change silicon noise sigma to 0.12 MIP equivalent.
Allow user to pass to main() parser a custom name for output file. To be used for single runs. Useful for execution on HTCondor with multiple jobs.
