Closes #951 assemble-files.yml: Bump Fuseki and Jena from 4.6.1 to 4.7.0. optimize.sh: Switch from tdbstats to tdb2.tdbstats. install.sh: Switch from tdb to tdb2.

I've tested that these changes work by downloading rack-box-files.zip from this PR's CI job page, unpacking it in my branch's RACK/rack-box/files, building a local dev image, running the dev image, and verifying that no errors appear when starting the dev container or hitting the http://localhost:8050/optimize endpoint in my browser. I also verified the sparglGraph UI loads fine with all services running. I'll merge this PR so we can get the changes into the main branch. |
