ALERT: For Win11 24H2 ONLY - Tuner scanning for ATSC and possibly DVB-T/ISDB-T will not work; manually adding channels still works.

This version is a public release of the WMC Installer package for Windows 8.1/10/11 based on the community created versions 8.5 thru 8.8.5 and v12 by the folks at My Digital Life. Besides all the versions being combined into a single install package for all versions of Windows, the following improvements have been made:
  • updated satellite/transponders available
  • set maximum tuner limits to 32 from the original 4 per tuner type
  • removed/disabled buttons in WMC that would try to open Microsoft webpages that no longer exist
  • modified Program Guide Terms of Service text to convey that MS no longer provides guide support
  • altered the single channel guide view to be a little more pleasing

    • This version has been demonstrated to work with Windows 10 builds 1507 thru 22H2 as well as Windows 11 23H2. Also, the MSI package can be uninstalled and reinstalled without losing any tuner configurations, guide listings, scheduled recordings, or anything else in the WMC database.
