Fix test for subgroup conjugacy for cyclic permutation groups (If A,B are cyclic conjugate subgroups of G, and A <= C, with C abelian, the error could have caused a claim of C being conjugate to B) #4634

This fixes a bug reported by M. Dutour in a forum mail on 8/22/21

If A,B\le G are cyclic and conjugate in G, and A\le C, C abelian, the error could have caused a claim of C being conjugate to B.
