CW ID does not TX with CTCSSTone

Hi, I have noticed CW ID does not TX with CTCSSTone. I get a silent TX when using Tone Squelch... OR am I missing something ?

This is by design, and follows ETCC recommendations to only transmit CTCSS when actually relaying traffic.

Hi, Thanks for that. IT just TX's a Blank Carrier though when using SQTone. Also With my setup. I use a Yaesu DR2 Repeater with a MMDVM FM/DIgital Board into 2 Moto Radios and it doesnt TX the callsign. Having the DR2 TX the callsign will TX over the whole of the other connected repeaters. Do you have a little work around for it ? Lee M0LLC
