將字典的授權頁面更新連結。國語跟客語連結跑掉了，台語沒改。
@audreyt 目前 /about 沒有提到《成語典》，我不確定萌典有沒有用到。需要加入的話，授權頁面同樣是 https://language.moe.gov.tw/001/Upload/Files/site_content/M0001/respub/index.html 。
