gfortran 13.2 for Sonoma (macOS 14)

Standalone installer of GCC 13.2, including gfortran, for macOS Sonoma (macOS 14):

• gfortran-ARM-13.2-Sonoma.dmg for Apple Silicon computers
• no installer is available at this time for Intel-based computers

Note:

• the compilers are built from the maintainer’s branch at https://github.com/iains/gcc-13-branch/ and include some patches over the official release
• another distribution of GCC/gfortran for macOS, more frequently updated, is available through Homebrew
