AppVeyor Continuous Build?

We enabled an AppVeyor continuous build for this repo. The build is currently failing, partly because packages such as FSharp.Charting have not be restored. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/fsgit/vulpes

Would you be able to fix this so that building the solution works out of the box? Is it just a matter of enabling nuget package restore?

An AppVeyor build will help catch problems with the project early, and is automatially run on all pull requests,

Also, somme Intellifactory package needs to be added, looking at the errors in the log. Almost there :)

This looks almost fixed. However there is some problem with the WebSharper build where you have to run "msbuild" twice to get the build to go through. The first time gives errors.

Hm. I'll try updating the reference to Websharper when I get home.

I may remove the reference temporarily.
