Let's us go back to using the built-in plugin defaults in pytest due to the adjustments made in pytest-dev/pytest#3124 thanks to @nicoddemus!

This can be merged after that branch is released of course.

Thanks to the adjustments in pytest-dev/pytest#3124 we don't need to
worry about live logging with a low logging level being enabled by
default in `pytest` any more. Go back to using the default plugin set.

This can be safely merged after 3.4 is released (this week or the next, hopefully).

Yeah once the release is out I should just be able to retrigger this build and it should go green.
