Proposed Changes

Refactor of this repository in many levels.

  • Drops support for Python 3.9, adds Python 3.11
  • Adds devcontainer
  • Replaces bunch of tooling with Ruff
  • Fixes whatever Ruff found
  • Add SonarCloud
  • Adjusts/replaces CI
  • Adds Renovate to handle dependencies, removing Dependabot
  • Bunch of more things
