A daemon that logs data from the frameworkd, such as:

 * Usage statistics
  - Resource on/off
  
 * Location Updates
  - GPS Coordinates
  - GSM Cell IDs
  
 * Diagnostic Data
  - Modem Info
  - Wakeup Reason
  - Battery Discharging curve

Lateron, we might add process supervising and log
dbus API contract violations.
