Hello all,
One member of the team just transfer a mail to other 2 admin in the team, and we have infinite transfer loop on it. Each minute 2 mails to the 2 recipients are sent.
There is some workflow of assignation auto depend of email of recipients

it's not the same problem, it's due to mispelled adress.
Here what happened.
admin1@test.com in Mailboxe1 transfer email to admin2@test.com and admin3@test.com depend of Mailboxe2.
in Mailboxe2 there is 2workflows:

  • admin2 is automatically assigned if the recipient email is admin2@test.com
  • admin3 is automatically assigned if the recipient email is admin3@test.com

So there is no possibilities to cancel job queue because it's a problem of assignation i think.
The email received by admin 2 or 3 have this content :

It means " workflow answered to the conversation".... so it generate an infinite loop.

Is it not possible to transfer a mail with more than 1 people ?

The only solution to stop the infinite loop is to disable the assignation.

now, when i just transfer a mail with only one recipient i have infinite loop, i don't understand...

I found the probleme, it's because of notification system.

It means " workflow answered to the conversation".... so it generate an infinite loop.

On screenshots here #1076 (comment) there is no any "reply" Action.
