Add instructions for running an UE #105

This PR updates the REAMED with instructions for adding a service acting as a UE using UERANSIM, as the current ueransim service only acts as a gNB.

@abousselmi Sorry about the late answer, I as far from my Linux machine last week. But yes, here's an simple setup using three UERANSIM containers: two UE instances and one gNB. Here I'm showing those two UEs. Note that I'm pinging one from another using the network interface created by ueransim:
