- Add Lithuania
- Update all test files
- Rebased from master after merging Fix UI Tests #404 to fix the UI tests
- Rebased from master after adding Norweigen translations: Add norwegian translations #399
- Fixed a whole bunch of other translations to get the tests to all pass
- Removed the old athlete-based URLs, and just use parkrunner ones now
