This is a significantly more stable release of Aquifer, kinda.

In the process of adding support for custom accents per app, I kinda broke changing accents for the system itself. Whoops. It also won't detect your current accent color (before selecting an app) if it's set to Multicolor

In other news though, I fixed the major bug with UserDefaults by just, not using it. Using UserDefaults in Swift causes macOS to freak out, so I just worked around that by using the command line.

This is also the first build of Aquifer to support per-app accent colors, and yes, it does genuinely work.
