error when ending the contest

When I finished the arrl contest this weekend, and stopped it, I found this error when entering a qso.
I deleted the contest template but the error persists.
What am I doing wrong?

This dialog is displayed as a warning if RcvExch/SentExch is not empty or SentNr is visible or RcvNr is not empty and you are not running Contest (ContestID is not filled). This is a warning to the operator not to think that the contest fields are logged but no contest is active. I recommend removing the Contest fields from the layout for common QSOs

I have the same problem.
I use a Main Activity where I log normal QSOs and the contest fields are not there; and another Contest activity where I do have the contest fields.
After finishing the contest I go back to the Main activity and the warning mentioned above occurs when I enter a QSO.
I discovered that it happens if in "Contest->Linking Exchange With" an option other than "None" is selected.
It should only work when I am in a Contest activity.
