Same issue:
#105

Seems like NEHotspotNetwork.fetchCurrent either doesn't work as expected, or has weird constraints that aren't documented by apple.

fetchCurrent's completionHandler is escaping. As a result getSSID will always return nil on iOS 14+.

I have filed a pull request.
