Added an option to dump tilesets and tilemaps as binary output.

Hello, Thank you for your contribution. The code looks ok and it worked well when I tested. I cannot merge it right now as some documentation is missing but I will try to complete it by the end of the week. :) PS: sorry it took me some time to get back on the project to review your PR ^^' |

I removed some useless code (filename never used) and added the missing doc. It is now merged on Thank you again :) |
