During the release of Alpha-3794.0.0 we further improved changelog messages for the docker 24 upgrade and the torcx removal. This PR updates the respective changelog entries in the repository. I think this makes this line show up in the next Alpha but we can fix this by hand

The show-changes script works by emitting all files under changelog/ in the new release that have been created/touched compared to the old release. We could tweak the git difftool --extcmd= argument to only emit created files.
