Remove name from impedanceParam.

ImpedanceControllerのimpedanceParamのnameをなくし、
setImpedanceControllerで名前を設定できるようにしました。
内部の挙動はかわりませんが、impedanceParamのnameがgetのときに使えておらず不要でしたので、
nameを設定する箇所をかえる変更になります。
また、それを利用するサンプルも更新しました。
