Define Hitstop properties for attacks via YAML resources, this will be a number of frames that the enemy is stunned for when hit by an attack.
System for loading and playing Hitstop animation for defined number of frames.

Adds a way to set the time of the hit stop (time that the fighter/player is paralyzed on hit).
Closes #180
