@eddie-knight @smendis-scottlogic where should we list the WG leads?

@sshiells-scottlogic I updated few things in the charter template in one commit and the rest in another commit. Let me know what you think of it.

@eddie-knight @smendis-scottlogic where should we list the WG leads?

Added it to the charter template. In proposing-working-group.md made it clear that it is mandatory to have a WG lead in the charter.

I've got several changes that I haven't pushed yet. Gonna try to get those up before the meeting tomorrow.

@eddie-knight can you check over my latest commit and the wording around the meetings?

I tried to add clarity around the meeting types. I didn't spot this yesterday that we already had text around the FINOS calendar, antitrust etc. etc. I have added a section header to that so that it makes it more explicit. Then for the recurring and ad hoc meetings I added a couple of small points in each section about what to do if it is FINOS hosted and if it is not FINOS hosted.

If it looks ok we can approve / merge this then iterate over new PRs etc.?

Brilliant, looks good to me. As a guideline, it'll be easy to iterate and incorporate feedback over time.
