Sacred Deck and Rebalancing

StSLib is a library that mods can use for additional features, similar to how BaseMod works.

New Content:
- Super-Rare Boss Relic: Sacred Deck. Lets you add ANY one card to your deck.
- New Elite card - Reptomancer's Bite. Applies 99 Weak and Vuln.
- New card - Vigor Burst. Gives Max HP while in your deck, and heals when drawn.
- New potion - Mending Brew. Heals 1 HP whenever you play a card.
Content Changes:
- Huntress Essence no longer increases card draw on upgrade.
- Resilience now also causes 4 HP loss.
- Ritual of Body spends Ritual rather than reducing it.
- Ruin Sticks is now 1-cost and deals 17(20) damage.
- Reverse Withering is now a free action once per Rest Site, and you can spend your Rest Site action to use it a second time.
- Redirect still removes strength, even if it's negative, for consistency with other "lose all strength" effects.
Options:
- Added config menu options to enable/disable Sacred Necklace and Sacred Deck individually.
UX:
- Depleted Wither cards can no longer be aimed, and tell you they're unplayable.
- Book's Flurry description updated and changed to a skill.
- Book's Flurry, Huntress Essence, Dig Deep, and Dig Deeper animate much faster.
- Mantra now shows number of Wither cards you have outside of battle.
- Reverse Withering now positions itself correctly among campfire options.
- Crazy Rituals now prints played card names and effects to console.
- Updated Wither tooltip to show it can be replenished at Rest Sites.
- Super-Rare relics now indicate this in the description.
- Wording updates.
Bugfixes:
- Safeguarding against Ring of Chaos reducing some magic numbers to 0.
- Fix for stacking Ritual with Ritual potion.
- Blacklisted some more cards for Crazy Rituals.
- Crash prevention for Flight power.
- Barbed Wire can no longer give negative thorns.
Visual:
- Art added for Elite cards and Know Thy Foe.
- Swapped around some card art to better reflect effects that are similar to base-game cards. Will hopefully be less confusing in the long run.
