MicroVelocity in Ethereum

Source code repository for the paper "Microvelocity in Ethereum"

To compute microvelocity on generic digital assets

Please execute the script 0_general_velocity_calculator.py. It will use sample_data/general_allocated (for premined, minted, etc) and sample_data/general_transfers.csv for normal transfer and will produce a pickle file in tmp/ with the results

To reproduce the experiments of the paper

Please execute the script in the given sequence starting from 1. The needed file and folders can be customized in each script.
