This build is pulled from the built kde-mac/kde/kdiff3 bottle on my Mac, then I ran macdeployqt on /opt/homebrew/opt/kdiff3/bin/kdiff3.app and fixed some broken dylib paths with some bash wizardry. Built on macOS 12.4, should work on 12.0 and newer. The Universal build is a franken build of mine and KDE's with lipo.

Haven't tested on other machines, if you got Namespace CODESIGNING error run codesign --force --deep --sign - kdiff3.app.

The official x86-64 build from KDE is also repackaged in .tar.xz for the sake of completeness.
