I havent been sure on adding these to git (similar thinking to generally leaving a database.yml out). its a bit annoying that it crashes without this, and doesnt seem to support a storage.default.yml, so other config tools can just create their local setup. |

Yes I can definitely see that. I don't mind if you feel it's better to
revert some of the other files I removed from gitignore, if you think it's
better.

Addresses issue #1016
Before fix is applied there is an error when starting FFCRM in production mode.
After fix (adding a standard Rails storage.yml file), production mode works.
