Updates the animals.yml file to remove the space at the end of the word turtle.

@Samjohn this appears not to remove the space in the "turtle " string, just remove a double-spacing in the ruby syntax outside the strings 😱 Just fallen over "turtle " causing an issue in my test suite because it doesn't compare to the stripped version of the string exactly 😆

Do you want to put a new PR up to fix it, or happy are you for me to do so?
