To address the test requirements for both CompressedSecondaryCache and CachlibWrapper, a new class variable `base_is_compressed_sec_cache_` is added to determine the different behaviors in `Lookup()` and `WaitAll()`. 2. Add `CompressedSecondaryCache` into stress tests. Before this PR, memory leak is reported during crash tests if `CompressedSecondaryCache` is in stress tests. I was trying to use rocksdb as a shared lib and keep getting some unresolved symbols related to bz2.
As a solution, I changed the relevant Makefile section, and put LDFLAGS after the object files, and the problem gone. BTW, there was a similar fix in leveldb, too:

And leveldb is building shared lib at default target, so I added that too.
