[java-generator] Introduce an option to filter files

Description

With this option, it's possible to specify an allow-list to filter the files processed by the java-generator, especially when operating on a folder.

Type of change

I assume that the reasoning for this is to be able to configure reading the CRDs from a directory that may contain additional files other than the YAMLs
