This picks up fabric8io#255 (and fabric8io#258) (kudos to @DennisDenuto !) which introduces a HTTP method to specify for the check and adds the possibility to provide a status code (or range) for the HTTP ping, too. The configuration looks now like: <wait> <http> <url>....</url> <method>GET</method> <status>200..399</status> </http> </wait>
