With this release build automation with travis and appveyor is introduced.
New releases will be build against librsvg 2.40.16 and deployed automatically in s3

Also the flag RSVG_HANDLE_FLAG_KEEP_IMAGE_DATA will be used to minify
generated images from svgs with integrated jpegs. thanks @albe for this
