- 데이터 consistency 를 지키기 위해서 event publisher를 orders project 에 적용하였습니다.
- 그에 따른 production code 및 test를 업데이트 하였습니다.
- renamed getOrder into getOrderSpecifiers - applied Java Stream to make it look clearer
