How to Format Training Data for SpacCat (New to Spacy Models)

Hello. Question: What does the format of the the TRAIN_DATA need to look like for multiple spans using SpanCat?
I'm trying to cobble together a simple/understandable example for this...to learn how to import generated a generated json list from LLM and code into direct training by Spacy 3.

perhaps a similar and complete example (Spacy3) exists somewhere where training data like the below
I'm very new, and help is appreciated.

Is the the format I need to use to directly import?
And, I'm assuming all token attributes are necessary for direct import into Prodigy...not simplly (sentence, (start, end, label))
