[Feature Request] - Add volume meter to Application Audio Capture & Game Capture

Currently, there is no volume meter for Application Audio Capture, & Game Capture in OBS. Can that be added?

I think your running into the same issue as #61. Here is a temporary fix that @zappshot found.

I've found a pretty reliable workaround that lasts until OBS is closed:

Play any sort of sound via the source that the bars do not show up on, no matter how short. Then, in your OBS sources dock, disable and re-enable those sources.

This also works if those sources are within folders, so if you don't like doing that for each individual source, slap them all into a folder and you can just disable/re-enable the whole folder at once.

Hopefully that'll make things somewhat less headache-inducing while we wait for a fix!
