차트 크기가 사용자가 입력한 padding 값 보다 작을 경우 차트의 width, height 중 음수가 되는 경우가 발생하고 canvas에서 에러로그를 발생시킴

1. Pie 차트를 그릴때 width 혹은 height이 0보다 작은 경우 로직을 수행하지 않도록 예외 처리
