You are the original contributor the RDS service to ExAws. If you wish to be its maintainer, please let me know and I will give you commit access to this repository. If you do not want this, let me know and I will look for someone else.

Hello Ben, glad to see the project growing so much. Unfortunately circumstances leave me without time to dedicate to open-source. Since I don't want to commit to something I'll probably won't be able to keep up with, I'd ask you to find someone else to help with the RDS service. Thank you for reaching out to me. I'll try to keep an eye on the service whenever I can and try to help if possible. Cheers

@benwilson512 I'd be willing to be the maintainer for this repo. I'm going to be adding a number of functions to this that our company (Vonage) needs. Have a single pull request for this library now.
