As per Ruslan, the Gauzy UI should NOT allow employees to add/edit manual time. Idea is that such hours should be reported to manager(s) and they add it, not employees in most cases.

We should have an "setting" in the Organization / per employee (override org setting) to disable/enable add/edit manual time for "employees" in Gauzy UI. Which disable / enable manual time add by employees. Can you check please?

i.e. employee will not be able to decrease / increase it.

Note: We also need to write some description for every settings inside our UI.
