The first baseline of Idiomify

A very quick summary

Idiomifier (m-1-2) is:

• based on BART (seq2seq Transformer, which gets the best of BERT & GPT)
• trained on 80% of PIE dataset.
• demonstrated here via streamlit.

There are still huge rooms for improvement.
